Believe it or not, I’m actually watching Mr. Rogers right now.

Years ago I switched the channel to The Barefoot Contessa thinking it was the 1950s movie with Humphrey Bogart and Ava Gardner and it turned out to be a cooking show.  A few minutes ago I switched the channel to The Barefoot Contessa expecting to see Ina Garten cooking up some Thanksgiving treats and am now pleasantly surprised to be transported back in time to a land of fedoras, gorgeous dresses, and barefoot beauties. 

It’s been a crazy ride.
