I love the Harry Potter movies because they are Harry Potter, but truthfully I really don’t like them much as films and was always a little disappointed after seeing them in theaters. I wonder if the whole Harry Potter saga would have worked better as a tv series much like HBO’s Game of Thrones adaptation? A whole season could capture all the intricacies, magic, and suspense of each book, unlike a movie which has to be cut down to fit into a few hours. Any thoughts?
