The other barista where I work didnt show up today so I am picking up the morning shifts today and tommorow instead of my usual evening shift. Now I get to see my sister tonight and go to a Christmas eve party tommorow night! So unexpected and perfect.

Attention Krystal. Ingredients: hard boiled eggs chickpeas plain yogurt instead of mayo salt and pepper paprika spicy brown mustard toasted wheat bread The mashed chickpeas go perfect with the egg salad texture! If I had some fresh chives and a bit of lettuce this would have been even better. MMMmmm hits the spot!
