I finally got a around to using my new yogurt...
I wanted to experiment with some flavors so I made a vanilla simple syrup and some herbal chamomile as well as hibiscus simple syrups to add to the yogurt. They turned out incredibly well! The vanilla is yummy, but pretty predictable, the chamomile is very mellow and delicate, and the hibiscus is super bright and tangy! I just can’t get over how fresh and creamy they turned out!
